1. About us

2. Products and pricing

• Every product is a named SKU with a fixed, published price shown in USD on the site. There are no subscriptions and no custom payment amounts.
• Payments are processed in GBP. The exact GBP amount, converted from the USD price at a current exchange rate, is displayed to you at checkout before you pay.
• Product Intelligence reports are limited to 3 per self-checkout order; larger orders are arranged by separately issued invoice.
• Enterprise services (growth strategy, agency licensing, integrations) are quoted individually and are never sold through instant checkout.

3. Payment

Payments are handled by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider through a secure, encrypted checkout on this site. We never see or store your card details. Every completed order receives an order ID and a confirmation email stating the SKU, price, and delivery timeframe.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally to the email address you provide. Delivery timeframes are stated on each product listing and in your confirmation email: instant download for software and resource kits, and 1–7 business days for human-delivered reports, health checks, and audits.

5. Licence

Unless stated otherwise, every purchase grants a Single-Entity Commercial Licence: you may use the product within your own business only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or white-label any product. Agencies requiring multi-client rights must enter a separately negotiated, manually reviewed Enterprise agreement.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary:

• If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel. For instant digital downloads, you consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this right ends once the download is delivered, as permitted by law.
• For human-delivered services, you may cancel any time before work begins for a full refund.
• Faulty or non-functioning products are repaired, replaced, or refunded — contact support within 14 business days of purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this website or our products for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach the site's security, misrepresent your identity when ordering, or use our research and resources to infringe third-party rights.

8. Our content

All site content, product materials, and branding are owned by or licensed to Smartmart Global Trade Ltd. Research reports are point-in-time analyses provided for information; they are not financial, legal, or investment advice, and business decisions based on them are your responsibility.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
